Looking for financial support for. . . .

I have been seeing several specialist for the past two years. The last specialist I saw today made a decision to have me referred to the Mayo Clinic. I have been out of work since Labor Day. I will need financial support to purchase a RT ticket the Mayo Clinic, and 40% of the costs of the tests, etc that will occur while hospitalized at the Mayo Clinic. I know there are organizations that help support people who have special situations who are out of work and will need long term medical help until they can get on their feet. I have so many things in life I want to accomplish, I need to get well quickly! My projects are being put on hold, while I take care of my body. If you know of any resources, please respond. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
